NGRPC is a national conference focused for graduate students in polymer science and engineering and is sponsored by the ACS Polymer Chemistry Division (POLY). The 2018 conference will be held on June 10-12 at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.

Marc A. Hillmyer, Ph.D.
McKnight Presidential Endowed Chair, Director of the Center for Sustainable Polymers, Department of Chemistry, University of Minnesota
Marc Hillmyer received his B.S. degree in Chemistry from the University of Florida in 1989. Upon earning a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Caltech in 1994, Marc moved to the Department of Chemical Engineering and Materials Science at the University of Minnesota as a postdoctoral research associate in the group of Professor Frank Bates. With Professor Bates, Marc worked on a variety of research projects emphasizing the synthesis and self-assembly of amphiphilic block copolymers. In 1997 Marc joined the Chemistry Department at the University of Minnesota where he is currently the McKnight Presidential Endowed Chair in Chemistry.
Events Marketing & Program Manager, ACS
Antonisia Baynes is a marketing manager at the American Chemical Society, where she develops project plans, content strategies and marketing campaigns for ACS membership initiatives, including the ACS on Campus program. Prior to joining ACS in 2018, Antonisia was the marketing program manager for energy demand response at Baltimore Gas & Electric. She holds a BA in Business, Marketing & Advertising from William Peace University and an MBA from University of Maryland.
